Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is damaged
  • Wrong product is delivered

You must report within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Perishable items (like honey) unless damaged

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be credited to original payment method

Replacement
